A short blurb or description to entice people to look at your site.
Where on your site you will put a link back to Sludge Town. This can be a URL, or something like 'on my About page'.
The banner, button or other preview image you'd like me to use. You can either send me one to upload, or give me the URL of an image hosted on your end. Nothing too huge, yeah? If you don't have a ready-made image for me to use, I'll just use a screenshot of your site.
